PEERGROUP –Personal Enlightenment and Empowerment Resource Group is an initiative of Intelpré designed to provide greater access to the knowledge, tools and resources required by persons seeking to achieve excellence in enterprise.
Essentially, it is the assembly and deployment of human resource with capacity to provide enlightenment and empowerment to selected candidates in various sectors of our socio-economic environment. This initiative is fundamentally not about profit, although it shall run with sustainability in mind and may attempt in its programmes to recover costs.
The Mission is to influence thought; in providing knowledge and tools and the material resources required by enterprises to achieve excellence, our fundamental objective is to change the way that people think about and pursue any enterprise.
Our overall Vision is that we see the Word of God as the preeminent convention for managing enterprise. We are driven by the command to replace the ideology of the world with the ideology of heaven as captured in Matt 28:19.
Membership of the group shall cut across all professional callings as well as non-professionals interested in providing material resource for our programmes. Our faculty shall comprise only persons who can contribute to knowledge in a professional area by drawing from biblical revelation. Membership shall be voluntary.
There shall be two broad approaches to realizing our vision namely; training and funding.
Training
Our primary objective is to provide bible based enterprise management principles to our audience. To do this, we shall employ a variety of training modes including but not limited to; seminars, workshops, internships/mentorships, conferences etc.
Funding
We shall run an Enterprise Support Fund which we shall call Talents Fund. This fund shall provide short to medium term enterprise incubation loans to beneficiaries. In the long run, this fund may transmute into a Micro-finance bank.
Although our primary target is start-up/growing enterprises with Christian leadership, we shall actively target unbelievers as part of a larger discipling programme.
